We have a suite of support and network services to meet the diverse requirements of our clients. These include warehouses, tank storage terminals and testing laboratory facilities across Europe and North America. These value-added businesses have separate management teams to serve each distribution platform equally.
Kelvin Terminals originated as an Esso built terminal for oil and gasoline storage in 1964 before converting to a natural and synthetic latex storage terminal. Strategically located in Terneuzen, The Netherlands, we offer just-in-time delivery through tank trucks, IBCs and drums, to customers within the Benelux Union in under 24 hours, and the remainder of Europe between 48 to 72 hours. With an expansion scheduled for late 2018, storage capacity will increase to 6,500 wet metric tonnes and 1,700 metric tonnes of natural and synthetic latex respectively. The large storage centre with applicable filtering equipment, an on-site testing laboratory and experienced management guarantees the product delivered meets our customer requirements. All processes are accredited with the ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 management systems.
MT Labs has over 35 years of technical expertise, providing raw material testing and formulating testing, constantly improving the formulation design. We are also focused on asphalt and water-based materials testing as well as research and development services. We expanded our services in 2018 to include a state-of-the-art natural rubber and latex testing and mixing facility. The upgraded laboratory will provide us with the capabilities to formulate, design and test natural rubber and latex, provide certification of analysis (COA), as well as custom mix natural rubber compounds.
We are a third-party A2LA/ISO 17025 accredited, and Miami Dade, City of L.A and CRRC approved laboratory with memberships to ASTM, ABAA, AMAP, RCMA, ARMA and NRCA.
